Strategic partnership management and full production for the Lay’s Chipperia pop-up food truck.

Client: Juice by Harder Better Stronger // PepsiCo Lay’s Global
Timing: Summer 2024 (10 festivals & 20 retail locations across The Netherlands)
Scope: Partnerships, project management, client service, budgeting, event coordination, reporting, and financial closing.

Morrisons took the lead on building and managing partnerships between Lay’s, festival organizers, and retail partners to launch the Lay’s Chipperia pop-up nationwide.
Responsibilities included negotiating collaboration agreements, securing activation spots and permits, and coordinating setup, staffing, and logistics across all locations.
Through strong partnership alignment and operational precision, the campaign successfully integrated Lay’s presence into major festivals and retail environments- driving visibility, engagement, and on-site sales while maintaining brand consistency throughout The Netherlands.
