Leading the account and operational management for Butik Agency, Morrisons helped bring the Casa Bacardi music stage and bar to life - serving thousands of visitors their favorite cocktails across major festivals throughout The Netherlands.
As the driving force behind the project, responsibilities covered everything from creative concepting and stage renders to production team management, on-site coordination, and financial handling.
The goal: transforming the client’s briefing into reality -both creatively and production-wise- while safeguarding the Bacardi brand experience and ensuring flawless delivery across all touchpoints, from field crew to bartenders.

More than just serving a perfect drink- this was about immersing festival visitors in the Bombay Sapphire brand experience, its heritage, and its vibrant energy.Throughout two of The Netherlands’ major festivals, Morrisons led the creative and operational production, in close collaboration with the Butik Agency team. From the first visuals and design to bar production, staffing, logistics, and budget management, every detail was handled with precision. The result: an authentic brand activation that delivered both impactful storytelling and seamless execution- true to Bombay Sapphire’s premium identity.
